Brenda Atwood Pinardi is a narrative painter who creates on an intuitive level, responding to impulses that stem from the subconscious. Part surrealist, part symbolist, and part expressionist, she tells stories allowing them to flow outward in a kind of visual stream of consciousness. At the core of all of her work is a search for innocence lost.
