Style of Jackson Pollock (American, 1912-1956): Drip Painting. This vibrant and dynamic painting is an exquisite example of drip painting technique. Created with mixed media on canvas, the painting is unframed, showcasing its raw and unbridled energy.
Jackson Pollock was an American painter widely known for his role as a leader of the Abstract Expressionist movement. He is remembered today for his unique method of drip painting in which he would fling and drip thinned enamel paint onto an unstretched canvas laid on the floor of his studio.

24 x 24 inches canvas.

Private collection, UK.

Condition

Good condition; some of the paint on the outer corners of the canvas has rubbed off.
