Sir Alfred James Munnings was known as one of England's finest painters of horses, and as an outspoken enemy of Modernism. He was associated with the Newlyn School of painters.

34 x 26 inches framed; 27 x 19 inches canvas.



Condition

Very good condition overall; light craquelure in the center of the picture; small areas of paint loss have been retouched; small repair/ retouch in the center right of the picture; small area of paint loss ant the bottom edge; light surface grime throughout.
