Paul Klee (1879-1940, Swiss) Attributed: Epue Hut II, 1913 71. Hand painted ink wash on paper mounted to mat board. Signed on matboard and upper right of the paper, dated, and titled below. Unframed.

Paul Klee was a Swiss-born artist. His highly individual style was influenced by movements in art that included Expressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism.

20x14 inches with mat board; 18 x 12 inches paper.

Private European collection; Art dealer Laurie Vaughn, Plantation, Florida: Acquired from above, in a private sale 2004, by current owner, A California Gentleman.

Condition

Fair condition; the mat board has unevenly cut edges; edges of mat board show wear/ grime; the paper is very rippled and toned.
