Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973) Attributed/ Manner of: The Street Beggar, 1930. Charcoal and ink on cream paper, signed lower left, unframed. This drawing is packaged with a decorative gallery label. 

Picasso was the most dominant and influential artist of the first half of the twentieth century. Associated most of all with pioneering Cubism, alongside Georges Braque, he also invented collage and made major contributions to Symbolism and Surrealism.

Condition

Good overall condition, paper loss from the removal of adhesive around the front edges of the paper; adhesive residue on the front, and verso corners; layer of charcoal verso due to improper storage next to another drawing.
