Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973) After: Face and Eagle. Lithograph on heavy paper, signed in plate, unframed.

Picasso was the most dominant and influential artist of the first half of the twentieth century. Associated most of all with pioneering Cubism, alongside Georges Braque, he also invented collage and made major contributions to Symbolism and Surrealism.

11.75 x 8.25 inches paper.

Condition

Fair condition, paper was stored rolled resulting in creases throughout; right edge is slightly ragged; small amount surface grime to the right of the signature; hinging tape verso; surface paper loss from removal of adhesive verso; brown stain verso.
