Henry Yue-Kee Wo (Born 1927): Tiger. Chromolithograph on paper fixed to silk embroidery, signed in plate, framed. This item is accompanied by the book "Henry Wo Yue-Kee, Chinese Paintings."

Henry Wo was born in Guangdong, China. Wo showed great interest in art in his early childhood. He entered International Art School of Hong Kong to study Western and Chinese painting and learned the skills of sketching and drawing. In 1949, Wo began studies under Chao Shao An, the great master of Lingnan School in Hong Kong and learned the essence of his style. In 1975, he moved to the United States from Hong Kong with his family and settled in Alexandria, Virginia.

Very good condition, overall; small stains in the top right and left corners; slight wave to the paper.
