A farmyard with a thatched stable on the right, a farmer sitting on a barrow tying his laces, another holding a farm-horse, behind a woman in a mob cap, who kneels in the straw next to a trough, opening her apron to feed some piglets, who nestle beside the sow on the left.

29 x 32 inches framed; 17 x 20.5 inches plate.

Good aged condition; the paper is heavily toned; foxing throughout; paper is slightly wavy at the top.
