Along with her son Bruce co-founded AFA Press, an art printer and publisher in Michigan. Her art was sold nationally by that company. Angelina Wood's paintings are in collections including the Franklin Public Library, Boston Children's Hospital, and numerous other health care facilities. She believed that her are should evoke positive feelings in viewers, and during her lifetime her work was valued for that quality.
